The views and people we’re friendly. The tour guide did a great job. We did not wait that long to get in, it all went smoothly and was on time.

Couldn’t hear the tour operator on the deck area. My granddaughter loved it though. It would help if the signage from the street was better. Hard to find

It says get there 15 minutes prior to departure. We got there 30 minutes prior and got stuck on the lower level of the boat inside. There was very limited space on the decks to be able to stay there during the cruise. They said you could go on both decks but would lock people out when they went out on the lower deck at the back. Literally locked people out set a chair in front of it and a person sitting in it. All the regular speakers did not work. They had 1 large speaker in the corner of the lower level on the opposite side of the boat we were on. We could not hear the tour guide or know what we're supposed to be looking at. All of the staff was extremely rude to the customers except the bartender. The boat inside was dank and mustey.. I would not recommend this particular cruise. It is a waste of money. Maybe the other cruise's are better but this was horrible. Such a waste of money. I cannot believe they advertise this boat holds 250 people.
