Sea kayaking requires a moderate level of physical activity. It is not recommended for guests with back problems, limited upper body strength or anyone who is prone to seasickness. In addition to paddling a kayak, guests need to be able to climb short sets of stairs; walk to the departure point; climb on and off the office boat; ascend and descend a short ladder; and sit on the dock or loading platform to get in and out of kayaks.

Exactly as described on website! It was a seemless trip from the moment our guide met us at our cruise port pier. We enjoyed our boat ride out to the anchored catamaran and effortlessly got into our double kayaks. We had beautiful weather (unseasonably warm and sunny). Everyone we encountered from this company was a delight. Our guide was our son's age and very knowledgeable about local culture and wildlife. You could tell his love for Alaska and nature. We were able to see jellyfish, starfish, a bald eagle and a seal. The snacks and drinks after our paddling were an added bonus. We were back to the cruise port in plenty of time and truly enjoyed spending a few hours out on the water and taking in all the beautiful sights. Would 10/10 recommend this tour and company! Friendly, funny, knowledgable, prompt, and safe. A very memorable part of our vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful 'corner' of Alaska with us!

The kayak tour was incredible! Caity, our guide, led us around the cove, around the small islands offshore, and told us about the local culture, wildlife and more. We saw jellyfish, starfishes and bald eagles. The whole crew was friendly, including fellow Okie Captain. Book the tour. Even if you don’t see orcas, you can’t be disappointed by the scenery and gorgeous views.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!! Would absolutely do this tour again!! Mike the captain, was very informative, and gave us the heads up on a chance at seeing the Northern Lights that evening! And it happened!
