Sea kayaking requires a moderate level of physical activity. It is not recommended for guests with back problems, limited upper body strength or anyone who is prone to seasickness. In addition to paddling a kayak, guests need to be able to climb short sets of stairs; walk to the departure point; climb on and off the office boat; ascend and descend a short ladder; and sit on the dock or loading platform to get in and out of kayaks.

Greeted at Berth 3 by owner Devon and escorted down to our boat where we met Captain Kevin. About a 20 min cruise out to our kayak excursion. A beautiful day and pretty calm. Had a great excursion and Matt, El(sp?) and Katy were great. Afterwards, we were treated to snacks and beverages. Our son was able to jump in off the catamaran to cool off and to add to the memories made. Just an observation but I'd add an electric winch system to pull those heavy kayaks up to the rack. Thank you again for a great memory and adventure.

What a wonderful day on the ocean. Kevin picked us up at the visitors center brought us to his boat and we had a fun ride to the cove. The sights are unbelievable! From there Matt took over getting us in proper fitting life vests. Both guys were very helpful and patient getting us in and out of the kayaks. One of our friends was fairly new to kayaking and scared, about to back out of going, Matt was very patient took her in his boat and paddled her around the cove. It was a peaceful, beautiful day on the ocean. Matt also was very knowledgeable about the island and ocean vegetation and the fish in it. Lots of King Salmon jumping. We all came back so relaxed and thankful. Kevin had smoked salmon, vegetables, crackers with several different kinds of dip ready for us when we returned to the boat. I would book this trip over and over again.
