Customers will need to visit the Kia Center box office Will Call window to pick up their tickets prior to entering the arena. Please bring a valid ID or passport and the ticket voucher to retrieve the game tickets. The box office opens 3 hours before the game start time.

Bag restrictions: only bags 4x6 inches or smaller are permitted in the Kia Center.

I literally use Viator for whatever I can. It’s the best. I was in row 4 .. basically floor seats forreal lol.

Easy to get our tickets online through Trip Advisor. The box office was right outside the building and very convenient. We had an amazing time!!
