Customers will need to visit the Kia Center box office Will Call window to pick up their tickets prior to entering the arena. Please bring a valid ID or passport and the ticket voucher to retrieve the game tickets. The box office opens 3 hours before the game start time.

Bag restrictions: only bags 4x6 inches or smaller are permitted in the Kia Center.

Such an experience! The game was really good and hype! My husband, kids and I really enjoyed it and tickets were easy to retrieve. We are definitely going back to another one.

This is a scam. I did not get inside the game with my purchase. I asked for a refund and got indirect answers and the run around.

We did not go to a basketball game. Other places we visited: 1) Dezerland - a huge renovated mall with literally thousands of antique cars, bicycles, motorcycles, vehicles from movies, a special exhibit of 007 cars and memorabilia. Well worth the entrance fee. Clean, with restrooms. Other areas have activities for families and food courts too. Located on International Drive. 2) Gatorland - short drive from Orlando. Lots of alligators, parrots, unusual animals, and a budgie room that you walk into, buy seed sticks and experience the birds eating seeds while you hold the sticks. Walkways are above the gator areas. Safe and clean. 3) Baseball games- Spring training in several locations. Buy tickets ahead of time. 4) Disney Springs area - lots of opportunities to purchase Disney stuff and eat at restaurants and bars. Hollywood Orlando has memorabilia on all walls plus a huge video on the overhead dome. Quite loud - shouting was the only way to communicate with your table friends.
