Customers will need to visit the Kia Center box office Will Call window to pick up their tickets prior to entering the arena. Please bring a valid ID or passport and the ticket voucher to retrieve the game tickets. The box office opens 3 hours before the game start time.

Bag restrictions: only bags 4x6 inches or smaller are permitted in the Kia Center.

Overall, experience was good. Will be good if tripadvisor can inform that no bags are allowed in the event. Only A4-paper size of bag is allowed. Paid lockers are provided (small and big) but you need to install the app. Also, tickets have seat numbers (row 1 - seats 1 and 2) but we were asked to sit other seats (seats 16 and 17 at the other side). I had to explain we were told by staff to move away from our original correct seats. I wonder if the people who sat our seats have authentic tickets or sneaked in by the staff. Disappointed on this as I feel I am discriminated by the staff.

Simple and Smooth Process! Had to print the confirmation and when arrive the stadium only walk to the ticket Booth. One sing and got my tickets without lines!

Basic but good food in foyer, spacious and comfortable seats, a good view. Entertaining evening, would recommend
