Customers will need to visit the Kia Center box office Will Call window to pick up their tickets prior to entering the arena. Please bring a valid ID or passport and the ticket voucher to retrieve the game tickets. The box office opens 3 hours before the game start time.

Bag restrictions: only bags 4x6 inches or smaller are permitted in the Kia Center.

Awesome game, Orlando Magic against The Miami Heat. My daughter and I enjoyed the game. We enjoyed shopping. Parking was an adventure. Thanks to parking attendants, law enforcement and security. Parking in the garage was manageable and not hectic.

The game is incredible and the price I bought in here is cheaper than official site. But the ticket is required to print it as hard copy. As I bought it via Tripadvisor a day before the game day, I did spend some fees to print it out in the hotel.

Hello - The voucher being printed off is a recommendation for verification purposes, but tickets can be picked up without. As listed on the confirmation voucher, all customers need to go to the box office will call window on the night of the game to show a matching ID to their booking to receive their game tickets.

First off, we stood in line about 30/40 minutes at the counter because they couldn’t locate the tickets I had the printed copy that was required, the email & a digital on my phone. None of that help to locate the tickets. It was just too much of a hassle & I will never use TripAdvisor again. This caused us to miss the start of the game. Now, May we get a refund. Thanks
