Out of Africa Wildlife Park strives to educate and entertain, to provide an exciting and engaging opportunity to love and respect creation and creator. It is a place where family and friends gather to experience oneness with animals and each other during safaris, tours, walks, observations, and shows of wild-by-nature animals in their own, natural splendor. In this way, we hope to achieve a kind of oneness with them that will cause us to consider them to be so valuable that we cannot allow them to be lost forever. We continually provide spacious and natural living habitats for animals in need, so they can become ambassadors of their own kind. We have heeded the call of those without a voice, many of whom now border on extinction.

Up close and personal look at MANY big cats. We did the expedition package and loved it. Make sure you go on a feeding day! All of the employees were WONDERFUL but shout out to Josh who was a great tour guide. Limited food options and not a “fancy” place but it was an awesome experience that seems to really care about these animals. Awesome.

Certainly not Out of Africa's fault but for the most part the animals were all hidden away because of the heat. Our mistake to visit during such hot weather. We missed the shows because the time to wait was over an hour and in the heat that would be outrageous.

I normally love this place. The keepers take really good care of the animals and the animals have a lot more space and privacy than at the zoo. What I was shocked about was how little they enforced the mask wearing and distancing. The website says the buses were getting cleaned after every tour but that’s not what I saw. The buses were also crammed full of people instead of spacing people out between seats. The tiger splash show had people crammed onto the steps without masks at all. Trying to stay away from crowds is easy while walking but finding yourself a private little space to sit for a show is impossible. My family found a table above the arena that was empty and within minutes of the show starting we had people infringing on our space literally breathing on our necks without masks. Since people are too ignorant and selfish to follow safety rules themselves the park needs to make an effort to control that. I will not be going back. OUT OF AFRICA.... YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
