Meet at our private spring location: Wekiva Island! Then, Stand up and paddle on the most beautiful river in Central Florida! Starting at Wekiva Island, you'll paddle to the head waters and main spring of the Wekiva River. Along the way you'll see a wild and scenic side of Florida in its most natural state. Arriving at the springs you'll have the choice to swim through the spring during the spring and summer seasons, take a short hike or if you desire just hang out and relax for a few minutes and take in the beauty of Wekiva State Park. After the spring and park visit, we'll load you back onto your board. The gentle current will return you to Wekiva Island. No motorboats mean no wakes. Paddle craft only on this section of the Wekiva; tall tree lined banks shade and block the wind. Creating calm ideal paddling conditions over crystal clear shallow water. I figured I would enjoy myself, but Uncle Ned gives the most amazing paddle board trip ever! He’s a super encouraging guide who helps you navigate the twists and turns of this beautiful river. The scenery alone is worth the trip. You will no doubt enjoy yourself if you book the Emerald Cut excursion!

We did the Wekiva Springs tour fot the second time. First time was 2,5 years ago. Again this was a super experience and a great adventure. Went up to Rock Springs for a bit and did a hike aroud the spring. We’ve seen several birds, alligators and turtles. Thanks Ned and Jenna for this superb trip!!
