Parasailing Adventure at the Hilton Head Island

Overview

Enjoy the beautiful views of Daufuskie Island, Calibogue Sound, Harbour Town Lighthouse, Harbour Town Yacht Basin, South Beach Marina, and all the other breathtaking views the Lowcountry has to offer. Don’t forget to keep your eyes open for Hilton Head Island’s famous bottlenose dolphins.

Flyers get to take off and land on the flight deck of our 31′ Ocean Pro parasail boat powered by a diesel Volvo Penta engine. Tandem and triple flights are available based on weather conditions. Flyers also have the option to stay dry or get wet – will you make a splash? Time on board is approximately one hour and 30 minutes with a full boat of 12 passengers. Each flight lasts between 8-10 minutes.

We had an amazing time parasailing with Island Head. The crew were incredibly awesome. They made sure we had a safe and wonderful time. We had the chance to see dolphins up close ! I would recommend parasailing with Island Head and my husband and I would go again!

My wife and I did this for our honeymoon. It rained the day we were planning on going, so they called us and rescheduled for the next day. Everyone we talked to while we were there were super nice and excited when they heard we just got married! The boat ride out and actual parasailing were a lot of fun- they knew what they were doing and good at putting people at ease when they seemed nervous. Definitely worth it!

It was fun going out on the boat, didn't know how we'd be dipped in the water, so opted not to get wet. the operators were professional, informative and courteous. Once in the air, it seemed all quiet. I was like being on a ferris wheel bucket, but you are able to go high in the air, observe the landscape and just enjoy the freedom feeling while knowing you're secure. In the meantime, they took photos of us in the air.
