Complete honesty on the oart of the the tour company. I felt I was cheated of my time and money by the tour company.

This company has bad businesses practices. The tour is misleading. They have no tickets or reservation to the boat. They will pick you up and drop you off at the pear harbor. Have waited for four hours to no avail. Tried contacting the company for refund due to misleading advertisement but gotten no response. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION.

Aloha, I am glad you reached out. We do get tickets to the Arizona Memorial. Unfortunately we do not control what Pearl Harbor decides regarding the amount of tickets released on a daily basis. The Park Ranger makes that decision based on you Safety. I appreciate your understanding and they are always trying to make it safer with upgrading the docking station and rebuilding it so everyone can enjoy Pear Harbor Thank you Yasser Shalabi
