I enjoyed going to Pearl Harbor and paying my respect. I don't understand how we booked the trip almost 2 months ago and didn't have reserved tickets. We were texted the day before, said we were going to be picked up at 6:20am instead of 9am because we have to wait in the stand-by line. We arrived early enough to get in the 1st tour, but what did we pay for if it wasn't to get a guaranteed ticketed entry time.

Aloha, Pearl Harbor was having construction on the docks and that is where the white boats launch. We do not control the operations and the Park Rangers have the right to alter or cancel the scheduled trips based on your safety. We only try an follow the rules. Never obtained what I ordered. Changed from 9am to 6am only 12 hours prior event with only standby tickets. Unexceptable and misleading.

There were no Arizona Memorial tickets and had to wait in a very long line - 6hrs there so we took a ride share back to the hotel early. I'd recommend getting Arizona tickets on your own and driving or getting a ride to/from the memorial. The memorial is AWESOME and well worth a trip!

Unfortunately we do not control what Pearl Harbor decides regarding the amount of tickets released on a daily basis. The Park Ranger makes that decision based on you Safety. I appreciate your understanding and they are always trying to make it safer with upgrading the docking station and rebuilding it so everyone can enjoy Pear Harbor Thank you Yasser Shalabi
