Jorge was awesome. so knowledgable, so personable. really outstanding. I loved visiting pearl harbour but Jorge was the tour. He even went the extra mile and gave info on other history about the island and showed us downtown

Well. We had pick up time at 9am. Then I was changed to noon. That messed our afternoon plans. That cost me alot of money because it was to late for refund.Then we were dropped off at a bus stop in front of pearl harbor and was told to be back there by 5pm by the driver. We looked at out email and it said 430 pm. So we did not want to be late so we call 808-699-7224 and talk to Kentucky. He told us to be back by 5pm. We showed up 455pm and waited till 515. Then we called back to Kentucky he told us bus picked everybody up at 445 and bus was all ready gone.. we are still upset about this. We lost on our afternoon plans and evening plans because of this. I booked this stuff month in advance. This was horrible. I hope there is something done and not just over looked

Aloha. We base the pick up times on the times for the Arizona Memorial program ticket times. We are extremely flexible and always offer other options and times. Next time you come to Hawaii, we will try harder and make sure you have the best experience possible Thank you Yasser Shalabi
