Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The things we were able to see were perfect for introduction to the island and WW2 history.

We went on this city tour last week and our guide, John Kawika, was excellent! Unfortunately, we had other guests on the tour that would say different but as a 3rd party spectator this was only to fault of their own. They made a bold decision to book a tour the same day as their flight which caused them anxiety on whether they would get back in time to make their flight. They took this anxiety out on John and he truly handled it as a pro! He was calm and professional all throughout and delivered nothing but kindness and grace to these folx. In turn, they were extremely rude and privileged. I am glad they found other arrangements back. The rest of the tour was pleasant and informative thanks to John! And for the record, our tour ended just in time! Thanks John Kawika and Robert’s Hawaii for sharing your Aloha with us! Mahalo!
