RIPPED OFF!! BEWARE the BAD karma. We booked a Pearl Harbor tour for 15, when the State of Hawaii suspended the boats to the Arizona I naturally expected an immediate refund given the tour was no longer even available as booked-but no!! Believe it or not Neil started giving me a hard time and the run around and has refused to do the right thing and refund the tour which obviously never took place. Then I read some of the other reviews and pretty obvious this is a shady tour company with zero regard for their clients. I tried multiple times to resolve this amicably but he has gone dark, now want to make sure others don't get taken advantage of similarly. I am contacting the BBB, State of Hawaii, local authorities and taking legal action as this is quite simply criminal.

We got a notice the evening before they would not be able to do the Arizona tour. they were gonna add something else. to it. I spent money on airlines tickets to get there from Maui and the tickets to the tour. Without seeing the Arizonia we did not want to go on the tour. Our main reason to go over was this. We told them we wanted our money back because we wouldn't be able to see this. We are still fighting the company and tour operator. Not a good experience when I could have used that money to go on a different tour. Still waiting on the money.

Karma was sure to confirm with a call and text reminder and gave easy instructions to our pickup locale. Our guide arrived a few minutes early and therefore, so did our tour. The actual tour started with a quick diversion to Puu Ualakaa State Park, a breathtaking overlook of Honolulu and the Manea valley, among other things. We never would have traveled to the overlook, but we are glad we did as it was the favorite for many that day. We then headed to Pearl Harbor, which is as described. Unfortunately, the boats to the Arizona Memorial were closed by the Park Service due to technical difficulties (i.e. read supply chain, covid, who knows) and the tour would have been 5 stars otherwise. In addition, our guide, Ben, was very open and spoke freely with us about having the Aloha spirit and the importance of O’hana (family). Mahalo, Ben and Karma!
