After cancelling several Pearl Harbor excursions because they did not guarantee Arizona tickets we settled on this tour only to have Robert our tour guide meet us and tell us we didn’t have tickets to Arizona. Said we could stand in line for stand by tickets which we did and after 1 1/2 hours of waiting we did get in. Tour guide Robert delayed tour for us. He was very pleasant and helpful. However, do not believe these people. We even called before we went and were assured they had tickets. Have always had good luck with Viator before this

Pearl Harbor was great. I would not take a tour again. We were dropped off and told to be in line for the Arizona at a certain time and be back to the bus in 2 hours. We only had about 45 minutes to see everything at Pearl harbor and we needed at least 2 hours.

We booked a private tour for this itinerary because we wanted to be assured tickets to the USS Arizona, avoid stand by lines, and have a dedicated guide. This option was perfect for the first two of those goals. However, be aware that the private tour description is misleading. One might reasonably expect that a private tour is led by a private guide dedicated to you and your private party during this time as suggested by the tour advertising. In our case, we had a guide handling two private tours at the same time, which means he was not available to each group exclusively. So, to accommodate for having 2 private groups concurrently we were picked up and transported to the tour location, handed our tickets and given tips and instruction, and then left for 4 hours which was not sufficient time to get through the itinerary promised on the 6 hour ticket. We would have taken a rideshare back to allow more time for us to have adequate time, but the guide did not leave his contact number so we hurried through the exhibits and stressed over getting back to the pick up point. When we met up with our guide and told him we wished we could have contacted him, he told us he does not give out his number and tour company does not pay for his cell phone use. Perhaps it was just this guide, but a lack of professionalism in his behavior towards us. I still graciously tipped the driver and he never got out of the vehicle nor said goodby or acknowledgedthe tip. As long as you are okay with transportation and guaranteed tickets and possibly less time than advertised and do not expect a dedicated personalized guide and how he will treat you for the private tour price, this option will meet your expectation.
