We had a difficult start as we were forgotten about on the pick and then the rebooked one forgot us too!! That was Saturday gone but we were able to be collected on Sunday morning and we received great customer service as our fees were refunded in full. Zac was a great guide and we enjoyed his sense of humour and his insights into the neighbourhoods and people. Great for folk basing themselves in Santa Monica rather that in LA itself. Open air bus was good even in November - but chilly, but watch your hats!!

Great tour to see the highlights during a short stay in LA/Santa Monica. Our driver was excellent. Very entertaining and knowledgeable. Highlight recommend!
