It was rainy the day we went. We braved the upper deck. It was nice that you provided ponchos. Henry was a good tour guide, very knowledgeable.

The bus driver and guide were amazing. HOWEVER your male employee working at the corner of 6th and Market on Sunday morning 9/11 was rude and extremely unprofessional. So rude and unprofessional it ruined the entire experience.

Excellent way to get around the city and just hop off and on to visit some memorable sights - the tour bus staff were excellent and the narrator really knew her history and made the experience really interesting, fun and enjoyable - well worth it and flexibility with other bus tour operators was included within the ticket price
