All the Tour Guides were fun and Knowledgeable. I thought we would have issues since it was Labor Day weekend 9/3/22 but No all went well and smooth enjoyed all the sites! Thank you

We did a tour with them yesterday (Labor Day). We enjoyed the tour, the lady who narrated it did a good job as we rode around. However one thing that happened was that a major road (Ben Franklin Parkway) was closed for the weekend due to a big festival they had, which removed all the stops using that road. Completely understood, but no mention of this when we bought the tour, so of course no price adjustment. And we could have easily done a different day (and would have had we been told before buying). Also we found out after getting off and reviewing their route and all the stops on their map that they completely eliminated to route and stops along the waterfront, which we would have appreciated seeing. Another concern, when going past the Liberty Bell she pointed it out, but mentioned that it is not really the original heel but a replica as the original no longer existed. We visited the bell afterward and asked the park ranger about this, and he said it absolutely was the original bell. I trust his word, so she was incorrect. So kind of disappointed about the experience afte those things.

We paid full price for our tickets and the morning we redeemed them, we were told several stops were not accessible, due to the Made in America festival that was going on. This included the Philadelphia Museum of Arts stop by the "Rocky Steps". We also walked several blocks to pick up a bus on the map (not one we were told wasn't being used that day), waited over 30 min in the sun for a bus and were told when we finally called, to walk 10 blocks to the next closest stop. We ended up calling for an Uber.
