I took the Big Bus Tour in late September, and enjoyed it. The bus felt safe, and the air conditioning on the lower deck was much appreciated. The upper deck had a great view, but boy, was the sun powerful! Be aware that if you are not getting off at a stop, it can be quite a bit of time before you start rolling again, while you are baking in the sun. I felt like I learned some, but most of the commentary offered by the tour guide was of a little more personal nature, than historical. I wish that I had known about Philly Phlash bus tours, it would have saved me about $25.00 and I think I would have gotten the same out of it, just not the double decker. I learned about it while waiting at a bus stop for the Big Bus to arrive.

Hello Michael H,
Thank you for choosing Philadelphia Trolley Works & Big Bus. I am pleased you enjoyed both the air conditioned lower level of the double decker & the wonderful view from the upper level of the bus. There is no better way to view the historic sites and contemporary cultural attractions than from atop a double decker.
