We always look for this type of hop-on, hop-off tour when we visit a city. It is the best way to get your bearings and to decide what to see in more depth. On this particular visit, we only had the one day, so this tour plus the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Congress Hall and the Betsy Ross house were all we had time for. We definitely need to return. Our guide and driver did make a brief unscheduled stop at the Philadelphia Museum of Art so that we could photograph the Rocky statue.

The Big Bus tours was an excellent way to learn about the history of Philly and to see some of the historic sites. The guides are pleasant and knowledgeable. A good value!
