If you are planning on going to Philadelphia take the Big Bus Tour. Great way to learn about Philadelphia’s history and culture. My tour guide was with an African American guide who was awesome. I visited Philadelphia the weekend of September 23rd and took the last bus leaving the evening of September 23rd.
