Mr. Bill was an excellent tour guide, extremely knowledgeable about history and architecture. My only negative is that there could have been more social distancing as the delta variant is growing in numbers.

In 2021 who requires keeping up with a flimsy paper receipt? Big Bus that’s who. I love the concept of hopping on and off a tour. I’ve seen the busses on other trips and thought maybe next time. I will be hesitant. To do it again. The rides themselves were pleasant. Philadelphia in July is not bad. I did get a sunburn though. I bought a 2 day pass and lost the receipt after the first ride. We waited at one of the stops and the bus flew by not even slowing. We waited and another bus came within 15 minutes. I showed an electronic pass and the driver let me on. On Day 2 I attempted to get another receipt printed. Oh no the system will only print it once. I can’t be the only person that loses a receipt on a trip. They take me to the supervisor Mario who is busy taking everyone off one bus and moving them to a different bus because the other bus is the one leaving next. He starts to tell me I need the receipt. He then says “OK just show then the electronic receipt.” I show the driver my barcode and he starts to give me grief. I explain that Mario said it was ok. We got on and enjoyed Uncle Brucey tell us about Philadelphia. He and the first guide is why I give a second star.

We suggest keeping your paper tickets in a secure place, as they serve as proof of your booking and enable you to hop on during the validity period. Tour was great history lesson was wonderful. Wish u could update the info a Lil. Like talk about National Treasure Being filmed here cause they ran through the historic part of the city. An the fact that pail Newman wanted to have his race through downtown. He said it was the best city track that he found. Throughout all the cities he looked at for it. Run around city hall straight to the art museum. Would’ve blocked off city streets perfect city track but the city turned him down. All that money we lost. See up to date history is good too.
