Thoroughly enjoyed the upper deck on the Big Bus Tours with our tour guide Jay. He shared a nice mixture of local flavor, history and descriptions of what we were seeing. His Delivery was like sharing a beer with a friend telling us all about this beautiful city. And Dan is an awesome driver. Very impressive!

Even though we had a car, we wanted to ride the big bus and get off at several stops. When we got to the Independence Center to pay and get on the bus, the staff member called to see where the bus was and then personally walked us to Stop 4 to make sure we would not have to wait. Attention and customer service was great. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it fun. When we were going to meet the bus later at South Street area, there was a van to take us back and finish the tour because the actual bus was very delayed due to center city traffic.

My wife and I recently visited Philadelphia on a weekday. We decided to do a bus tour with Big Bus Tours. The tour was very nice and offers customers the opportunity to get on and off all day at any of the 20 plus stops around the city. We got on and off numerous times and found all of the tour guides very informative about the history of Philadelphia. The employees were also very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed this tour and our day touring the city from the upper and open area of the bus. We would recommend this fine tour.
