Guides were great, well informed, finny at times. Accomodations were inadequate, too many tickets sold, weather was way too hot for seats up top. None availabe below in the AC. Long waits in the heat. Not worth the price. Hire a local guide and an air-conditioned vehicle.

The bus tour was good the only complaint is it was hard to figure out where to go to exchange the electronic tickets for the actual tickets. But once we did it was great. We spent a lot of time walking around trying to find where to exchange our e ticket

Our first time in Philadelphia, and we thought it best to take a bus tour to make the most of our time...even better, a hop-on, hop-off tour so we could spend time in our favorite places! Our favorite tour guide/bus driver team was Mike Baker and Tiffany (sp?), and we had the pleasure of riding with them twice--first thing in the morning and their last round in the afternoon Mike is super engaging, stays on pace with the location, and has great anecdotes! Tiffany demonstrated expert driving skills throughout the ride, and BOTH worked well together and especially under pressure when we were caught up in traffic on Pine St, due to a restaurant fire, and we had a little bit of a wait, then a tight turn to reroute a block around the traffic. Exceptional service, with a smile from both, Mike even remembered us in the afternoon, and recalled what stop we were going to end our tour on! Did I mention it was over 90°F ?? We would definitely do this tour again, especially with Mike and Tiffany. Also, easy to book this tour online, and that morning, when I had a question, I called, spoke with someone who was extremely helpful in confirming we were following the correct pick up protocol.
