The bus and tour itself was good. This was pretty standard (ive been on several in several different cities and countries). This bus tour though has the record for longest ive had to wait gor another bus every time i got off. I had to wait 20 to 35 mins everytime i got off to get the other one. Im pretty sure they onky have 4 bus running on a 2 hour tour so it 30 mins between. I waited all 4 times that long. The red buses that are called hop on and off always came in half that time. I recommend them over this one but the philly pass uses this one. So be prepared to wait 30 mins.

Our schedule information is also posted on the website. The frequency of vehicles varies depending on the time of year. I am pleased that overall you thought the tour was good, and I apologize for inconvenience you experienced.

The schedule indicated buses every 30 minutes but we never saw the bus. We almost missed going to Franklin Institute waiting on the bus from the Rocky statue, we finally decided to walk and took us 25 minutes. It left us an hour to use our City Pass tickets to Franklin Institute. While we were waiting on Big Bus to appear, we saw several Red buses come through the route... Wish we used that one instead. The tour guide was hit or miss. First one was good, 2nd one was so-so.

Our vehicles depart Stop #1 at regular intervals, but occasionally experience delays in reaching future stops due to excessive traffic, or unanticipated detours or road closures.
