We stayed at the Hilton Penns Landing (stop 24). I was using the real time bus tracker and the buses never moved. We finally gave up and headed out on foot. Luckily we were here with a Philly overnight package that included a City Pass that we were able to use for another bus service. We were happy with the other company. We never had the chance to use this service so it’s hard to give our opinion.

Hello Tommy A705, Our vehicles run daily and regularly as scheduled. I am not sure why you had difficulty locating a bus or trolley. A call to the receptionist at our office could have easily solved your issue. It is unfortunate you gave up on us so soon. All our tour guides are excellent and I'm sure had you ridden with Big Bus Philadelphia, you would have enjoyed the experience. If you ever return to Philadelphia, please give us another try.

We hopped on and off a bunch of times all day. Joe drove, Ray was excellent giving us all the city details, Zane was also great, although the NYRangers are the best team not the Flyers, Ray snuck past cars all the way across pine street, whew we made it by again!! Overall one of the greatest ways to cover the very first temporary capital of this great nation. Keep up all the great work!! Philly really is the city of brotherly love!

This was terrible. The downstairs is wrapped on the windows with an advertisement on it so you can’t even see outside if you wanted to stay down inside the bus in the warm part. Upstairs the plastic top covering the chairs/roof is all scratched up making it difficult to see or take pictures. Also our guide was terrible and none of us knew which building he was even talking about and he didn’t mention half of the limited things I do know about it here. We went on a different one before and it was great and in New York we used this company and it was great but don’t waste your time or money here. I will attach some pictures so you see the view before you pay.

Not all our vehicles have the advertising you described covering the lower level windows. I do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to that. The clear covering on the top level of the bus aids in keeping riders warm and dry during the winter season, and it is possible to see the sites and take photos.
