We had a live narrator during our visit. In the winter, the bus runs every hour so it makes getting off and back on less flexible. We were waiting with another group of passengers in the afternoon. We all thought we had timed the bus and got there in plenty of time but we either missed it or misunderstood. Make sure you ask when the next bus is coming if you go in the winter! It was nice that their top deck is plexi glass covered for cold and inclement weather.

Our city tour was fantastic! This was our 1st trip to Philly and 1st time on a hop on/hop off bus. Our guides were all very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We did the 90 min loop first, hopped off for a Cheesesteak at Sonny's and then hopped back on to return to a few stops we wanted to explore. Definitely the way to go and definitely recommend!

Bought our tickets online. Quickly converted them to day hop-on hop-off bus access at the 1st stop of the tour. Best part was being able to sit on the upper deck, on a very cold day, and see the very best of Philly underneath a clear Plexiglas covering. To our surprise this made the tour outstanding along with the wonderfully knowledgeable tour guide and amazing bus driver. How he circumnavigated the streets of Philly was amazing. Got off at the Reading Terminal Market and then resumed the tour about an hour later. Could never have seen all of this in our one day in Philly. Loved it and look forward to coming back again.
