Mostly stayed on the bus. Our guide was thorough and knowledgable. Nice weather for the open top bus.

My sister and I chose Big B bus tour for our sightseeing in Philadelphia. These hop on hop off tours are the best way to see a city. Our first contact with the company was super frustrating. At the visitor center we both bought 3 day passes for us. The representative of the company at the kiosk could not give us a refund which she told us after she got off of a personal call. Fortunately the service at the visitor center was much better. The bus ride itself was good. Over three days we had a number of drivers/guide team and it was a mixed bag on them. Some were outstanding with their knowledge and how they portrayed it while others were robotic. It was a good value for the money.
