I would highly recommend taking this tour, it is a hop on hop off so we did have to wait a bit to hop back on another when they came around which is usually every 30 minutes. The guides are well versed and trained. And they have senior discount pricing.

More than an hours wait at bus stops and, at one point when a bus finally did come, passed straight by us at the official stop despite our frantic waving and the abundance of space visible on board. To rub salt into the wounds, we watched the other hop-on/hop-off company in Philadelphia reliably pass our stops every 20 minutes or so while we waiting reminding us that we had chosen the wrong company. Email sent to company after our experience ignored.

I am unaware of a previous email sent by you, but if you would still like to discuss your experience, please contact out office by phone. Our staff are well trained and provide excellent customer service, so your experience is unfortunate. It is possible that the bus that passed you was out of public service at the time, since drivers and guides are trained to be aware of guests waiting at all our stops. Also, by calling the number on the back of our map/brochure, a customer service representative can arrange for a shuttle pick up or be in radio contact with a driver to alert them to a guest at a stop.
