Drivers and guide were very good. 1 bus had no air conditioning. We didn’t want to sit outside, so therefore we stayed downstairs, bus was very hot. Bummer

They took my money and didnt tell us that it stopped in an hour, tried to get a refund and they refused to refund the money

First driver and guide were great on the red bus guide was rude and was upset if did tell him what stop you were getting off at the moment you got on the bus. He kept embarrassing me about it.
