My fight from Denver was late getting into Philadelphia, so I was unable to use the tickets at schedule time A very nice employee accepted the ticket the next day. The tour was very informative. Great job to all?

Was unable to use the ticket because there was no information how to get to the bus station from the airport and Big Bus does not provide a human to speak to on the phone. I could not text them everything they wanted in a chat. I wasted a lot of money on this ticket.
