Very informative and the staff was very nice and friendly! Would definitely recommend this tour! We learned about the history of the city and the best places to eat!

I’m rather disappointed with the quality of our experience. Our presenter was very repetitive and didn’t really go into depth on any of the historic sites claiming he had to learn more about it. The interior of the bus was cramped and hot. The driver and the presenter didn’t have a form of communication. At one stop, a two-year-old and her mom were coming down the stairs from the top deck, because the driver didn’t know, the child tumbled down the stairs. We paid for 3 days of transportation, and ended up only using the bus once. It was a waste of $140.

Hi, Sandra_L! We're sorry to hear that your experience was not up to Big Bus standards. Our staff undergoes training and informational sessions to improve each interaction and tour. If you'd like to see these improvements for yourself, we'd be happy to see you onboard in Philly or elsewhere!

Because BIG Bus was sharing passengers with another double decker bus company, we were assigned to that company. When it started raining my family was stuck on the upper deck, where it was not permissable to use umbrellas. There was no room on the bottom level of the bus. When we got to the Redding stop we got off to dry off. When we got back on the bus (now a Big Bus), we sat in the back right seat facing the aisle (only seats available). Then there must have been lightning, because all to passengers were required to come down to the bottom level. We spent the remainder of the tour looking at the standing passengers. The only two thing I personally got to see was Betsy Ross's home (no stop) and the stairs where the Rocky Balboa statue use to stand. The remainder of the trip was spent waiting for the final stop. Big Bus has always been great wherever we've traveled. Unfortunately this trip was a total bust.

Hi William_L, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback! We're truly sorry to hear that the rain made your experience less enjoyable. We hope you'll think about visiting us again in the future when the weather is more pleasant.
