I frequented Philly my whole life as a South Jersey native. Not any more. The city is not safe. Afraid to walk the streets or even bike ride near fairmount Park. My Philly days are over. Too much violence and nearly a shooting every day.

Purchased 3 adult tickets to Philadelphia Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour on July 22, 2022 and was never able to find a bus. Booking Summary Confirmation number: *9572 Booking reference number: *320 Amount paid: USD $108.00 On July 22 we tried to find a bus at two different locations, noontime at 1625 Chestnut St. shops at Liberty Place and again at about 4pm the same day at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy Rocky steps. In both locations we couldn't find a sign noting where the stop was. We walked around and waited at least 30 minutes both times and never saw a bus, or anyone else waiting for one. We've enjoyed this sort of hop-on/off bus tour in Pittsburgh, and San Diego and in both cases each stop was marked with a sign and a schedule on-line so we could approximate when the next bus would arrive. Our experience here was obviously frustrating. Earlier this year in Pittsburgh they only ran two buses a day, but we found a stop close to us and they arrived within 5 minutes of the schedule. I understand putting signs up in a city may be tricky, but website updates are fairly straightforward and would have really been helpful in our situation. I don't expect we'll see our money returned. But I do hope you are able to fix this unclear and frustrating situation. I would like to tour Philadelphia and would do it with Viator, if you are able to fix it so people can find your buses. I’ve been to Philadelphia several times but this visit will be my most memorable one. The tour was wonderful even on one of the hottest days of summer. I loved the hop on hop off option around the city and learned so much about the history that contributed to our nation.
