It was exactly like every other hop on- hop off bus. Tour guides knew a fair amount, but both the ones we experienced were fairly cynical. Buses ran regularly. They did make us get off at stop 1 when we wanted to ride to stop 6 because the tour guide was clocking out. She told us she was going home and wasn’t sure when another bus would come along. Should be a seamless experience for guests where a replacement guide would simply take over and passengers could stay onboard.

It took 55 min for the bus to pass (stop number 18, Philadelphia) and when it did it was full. After all the lost time waiting, I was told to walk the next stop.
