Waited over 1.5 hours for the bus to arrive at our stop. When they finally showed up the driver opened the door and said "Sorry the bus is full" and drove off. I want a refund.

The people that told all the stories were very helpful. They told us the background of the city. The told where to eat and where to stop depending on what we were looking to do.
