The trip around Philly in the open air bus was wonderful! The host was very nice and informative. The driver did a great job of navigating through the city. 5 stars guys, keep rocking it.

I spontaneously decided to do this bus tour on a two day visit to the city and I’m so glad I did. Loved learning about the history around town. The guide I got - I think his name was Matt - was so knowledgeable, engaging and high-energy. He made the city come to life and there were families waiting at stops hoping there was space on our bus to hear from him. Thanks Matt!

Several stops were skipped. The bus did not stop at any stops unless someone on the bus asked to stop. It was impossible to hop on the bus anywhere except at the beginning of the tour. Purchased the voucher through this app; however, had to go to the ticket booth to exchange for a paper ticket prior to getting on the bus, which defeats the purpose of purchasing through the app and was not communicated to us. We found out the process after waiting at a stop for 30 minutes and calling the company, where we were then told we could not be picked up at that stop, we had to go to the ticket booth and get a paper ticket prior to getting on the bus. I have done hop on, hop off tours in many cities around the country and abroad, which were all wonderful. This tour - very disappointing.
