Took 30 minutes to catch the bus. We had to catch it a stop that sold tickets so there is no need to buy on this app. You have to scan your bar code to get a real ticket. They skipped some of the stops when we were on it. Not sure why. I would not do this again or advise people so this.

Great way to get around town for the day. They also were pretty good about coming every 30min. The worker at the first stop was a little clueless but everyone else was helpful and well informed. Also, I don’t know if it’s always the case, but Guests were able to hop on any big double decker bus (there are 2-3 companies) as they were all working together.

Loved the On Off Experience. Got the 3 day pass. We used it the first day and rode the circuit to get an idea of what we wanted to see the next two days. Spent the next two days getting on and off taking pictures and touring. Great way to see what the city of Philly offers. There is so much!! Each bus had a different narrator so each time we rode we learned new things from another's perspective. If you are visiting Philly take this experience.
