This was a great way to see a "birds-eye" view of many of the sites of Philadelphia. We had no issues with the bus, the guides were great, and the buses were on schedule.

We learned a lot history and fun facts from our tour guide who was very engaging and knowledgable. The bus driver was very friendly and welcoming when we boarded the bus. The main reasons I gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) were: 1. Buses are 25 min. apart. If you miss one, or the bus is already full, that's a long wait for the next one! 2. There was no APP available with Philadelphia maps. We had to carry around a paper map all day. 3. The online chat people were unable to answer basic questions about parking facilities before I arrived. I was happy to find to that there is a public parking garage at the 1st stop of the tour, but I was a bit stressed not knowing this ahead of time.

I think a hop-on-hop-off in a new city is a great way to get acquainted with a city, see the highlights and have a way to get around. This was definitely a winner in Philadelphia. We used the service for our long weekend, loved the number of stops offered and we had plenty of time to explore different parts of the city. Highly recommend.
