This bus tour is HORRIBLE...absolutely HORRIBLE. Went to a bus stop close to our hote to hop on. Waited for 30 mins, no bus. Walked around, went to another bus stop, same story waited for 20 mins. Went to next bus stop on the map and it had been taken off the route... Went to next stop again 20 min wait no bus. I DO NOT recommend at all!! HORRIBLE. No customer service. I sent my message at 10:45am to there system and no response until 8:45 pm. AFTER my day was done. Terrible company!

Big Bus is the BEST!! We bought 2 day passes and were told we could ride red busses or brown busses. I have mobility issues so it's not easy for me to climb up. The brown busses could lower the front end to allow me to get on easily!! I was so happy! And when we took the complete tour around the city on top, we had Manny driving and Mike was our guide. Of all the busses we rode, Mike was the best!! He was very informative and fun! Thank you guys for the great tour of Philly!

We only had one day to take in all the sights, so this tour allowed us to see the highlights quickly. We only got off at the Rocky statue due to our own time constraints, but I’m pleased with what we were able to accomplish in a short time. The tour guide and driver were great! I highly recommend this tour!
