The tour guides were very informative and friendly. It was easy to hop on/hop off and provided several stops in front of points of interests so it was easy. The only complaint I have is that a bus passed me up at a stop first thing in the morning. I was standing directly under the tour bus stop #20 sign and was wearing bright pink so it wasn’t like the driver couldn’t see me. I had to wait another 30 min before another one came.

You have to wait forever for the buses at each stop. You’d be better off walking everywhere. Definitely not every 25 minutes.

The first trip around town was wonderful….funny, engaged trip emcee. We had lunch and explored, and then got back on for a ride to see the Rocky statue. Unfortunately, we had to wait for an hour at our pickup stop to return back to Independence Hall. It was frustrating.
