I could not go on the bus due to the weather. It was absolutely pouring all day and they told me since the busses were still running and had downstairs seating, I would not be refunded despite the fact of the weather. If you want to do this trip, go directly through the big bus website as they offer refunds due to weather or the option to use the tour another day. HUGE mistake booming through this third party.
