We were really disappointed with our experience. We had to wait 45 minutes on the bus because the driver disappeared. Our tour guide seemed to lack basic knowledge of history, making his jokes far less than funny. The tour was so highly recommended that we feel like this was not the norm, but people were ‘ hopping off’ in droves with negative comments.

We hopped on and off a couple of times and were very happy with both buses, guides, and drivers. Very informative and relaxing way to get the lay of the land as a jumping off point to see many great Philly attractions. I’d probably recommend getting on earlier in the trip (first 10 stops) as by the time we hopped on at the 20th, the top was PACKED and our group needed to separate.
