The attendants didn’t know which bus was leaving when, causing us to wait an additional hour for the next bus from independence center. Once on the bus, it was crowded with no ability to hop on and off with any guarantee of a seat, let alone with your family. I have used this company in other cities with no trouble. The tour guide was even trying to sell his book. Not what I came for. If I had the time to make other arrangements I would have. Trouble was the competing tour bus company was working “with” them, making it impossible to choose an alternative. Work joke ever Joany on a Pony

The tour guide is very knowledgeable and friendly, the driver is an expert when driving on the narrow streets. I hope that there are more busses so we can hop on and hop off in 15 minutes instead of an hour. That’s the reason why we didn’t leave the bus to take pictures.
