Very scattered. Told 10-15 minutes between busses. Ended up 25-30. Chaotic-last minute addition of buses from other services. Poor guide

We did the full 90 minute tour of Philly on our first day and this helped us figure out what sights we were going to see for our short spring break trip. The tour guide was AMAZING and told us about all of the sights we were driving by along with other historic Philly knowledge. Such a very insightful tour!! Highly recommend it!
