What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

This was one of the most lack luster tours we've been on. We do a hunted tour of every city we visit so we've been on a lot. We did more walking in silence then talking about any of the location stops. The information was very general and our tour guide was not a good story teller. We paid for the extended tour and was left outside the last stop on the regular tour after asking to use the bathroom. We caught up to the guide and you could tell she didn't want to continue the tour even though she had to people training with her that night. I would not recommend this tour. Go with a different company or find out who the guide is before hand.

The guide was not a good story teller at all and rambled on about other things. I’ve been to other walking ghost tours and this one was so bad. We even left before it was done

Our 13 year old daughter wanted to do this. It was interesting for the first 20 minutes. Then we all wanted it to be over. Bought the extended for five and ended up leaving at the end of the standard which was 1.5 hours. The guide obviously knew his info. Buy way too detailed about uninteresting stories.
