What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. We paid for the extended tour. I have a wife and son who both have Cerebral Palsy wife uses a scooter and my son can walk but not fast. We showed up about 10 minutes early and you would have thought we showed up 20 minutes late. The Male host had an attitude from the start. When he tired to locate us on roster he said we where booked for the Standard tour even though I showed him the receipt for the extended tour we paid for. Then I was informing him about my wife and son he replied that we would just have to try and keep up with them. Then he was telling me how they where over booked and only had to guides for 36 people. So when he was finished complaining about the size of the group he decided to tell everyone that since 1 group (meaning my family) decided not to do the extended tour (which he decided for us) that it threw a wrench in the plan and he needed to figure it out. All said and done we ended up in the Standard Tour. She (the guide) was good how ever we where winded by the end of the tour. All we did was race from point to point and listened to her. It should be called the Listening Tour. My pony is DON’T SPEND THE MONEY FOR THIS!!!

So much fun! It has so many fun facts, it’s not too scary but still spine chilling! I recommend the extended tour if you want to dive deeper into the paranormal world!
