Rosson House Museum

Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.

Teeter House

If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.

Hanny's

Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

for me the dolls in the basement were all still facing one direction but in a photo I took one was turned staining directly at me at my camera we booked it up the stairs for Jesus after that lol 😂

Fun little tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job of leading the group. Phoenix has some very interesting history with haunting that have taken place in a nice walkable area downtown. This is a great Segway to a fun evening downtown. I’d recommend stopping in the speakeasy, in the alley, at the the end of the regular tour. It’s a fun little place to grab a drink afterward. The extended tour was fun too. It was only about $8-10 more and included a few more stops that took around 30 minutes more.

The doll display in the bar, it was nice to be able to go into a place instead of just being outside looking
