What To Expect
1
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
2
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

Hello there! Though we're glad to hear your guide was a good storyteller, we're sorry you felt the tour itself was boring. We are used to getting amazing feedback about our tour from previous guests, and it's unfortunate to know this was not your experience. If you'd like to share anything else with us in order to improve, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We hope you are able to join us for another tour with US Ghost Adventures in the next city you visit--there are plenty of spooky ghost stories to go around!

Lucas was incredible!! We had a very small tour group but he still made it very entertaining. This is my first time in Phoenix and this was a great way for me to learn some history about the city, with a little twist! Thank you Lucas for making this a memorable part of my stay.
