What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

Garrett did a really good job taking us around and it was well organized and prepared. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I go on a lot of ghost tours and they all start to sound similar, but they had interesting Phoenix tidbits, pay the extra $5 for the additional stops because they are worth it. Note to out of Towners, they do check meters at that time of night so don’t try to skirt by!

I was so hopeful for this experience! But yikes. They told us to meet at a specific street corner which my family and a few others were congregating at- across the street a HUGE crowd was also gathering. We assumed they were a part of a different tour - nope, it was ours. No one came to tell us to join over there or looked for us, fortunately one of the other parties got curious went over to check and then THEY let us know. They divided the crowd between 2 guides. The group my family was in was easily over 60 people. As we walked if you were beyond the first 15 people you could not hear a thing. People kept shouting out that the back couldn't hear, and also several times to wait...because the whole group couldn't cross the street in a single light cycle. Aside from the ridiculous logistics, the storytelling was extremely subpar. She seemed knowledgeable but the storytelling definitely could have been more compelling. Phoenix has such a cool history, so I think this could be a great tour, but definitely needs to limit group size and do A WAY BETTER job training their guides.
