What To Expect
1
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
2
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and it is evident they have done their homework! We enjoyed the history and the unique locations that were visited. My only wish was that we could have gone to more locations within our allotted time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, Jessica! We are so glad your guide provided an excellent experience and that you appreciated their historical knowledge. We'd love to have you on another tour with US Ghost Adventures in the next city you visit--there are plenty of spooky stops and stories to go around!

I was pretty disappointed with this tour. While our tour guide was communicative they were late to our tour because he “left his wallet at a party he was just at”. We started to walk around and I quickly realized how scripted this tour was going to be. You did not hear any excitement behind the guides voice or the tour we were about to go on. There were many times it felt like he was reading from a script and often had to stop and restart what he was saying. It didn’t feel personable. I did my own research after the tour and was unable to find much support if any regarding the places we stopped at which was a bummer because I always like to do more research after tours like this. I have been on tours before in different states and locations and would not recommend this tour company in Phoenix if you are looking for an authentic experience. I could have easy walked around myself and done the same thing they did but with actual facts!

Amy, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with this tour experience. Your guide has since been spoken to by our management team and disciplinary action has been taken. This is unacceptable and not how he was trained to present his tour. Please reach out to [email protected] with the name your booking was under, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you.

No ghosts. just a goofy tour guide you follow for 2 hours and stand outside of some buildings while he talks about the history of the building. Didn’t get to go inside anywhere. Paid for an emf detector that he left in his car that we won’t receive a refund for. There was no where to use the emf detector anyways as we didn’t go inside any of the buildings. Probably would have been more exhilarating to just toss our $60 in the trash can and avoid two hours of following a boring dude in a vest.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your tour experience. As stated on our website, we are a walking ghost tour and are unfortunately unable to enter any privately owned buildings. We aren't sure who you spoke with that denied your refund of your EMF reader, but we will be happy to process that for you if it hasn't already been taken care of. Please reach out to [email protected] with the name your booking was under, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
