What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

I showed up 15 minutes early and was told to wait in the lobby. Another group of 3 was given the same instructions. We all waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and our guide never showed up. We realized that a handful of people were waiting outside and the guide took them on the tour without even checking the lobby. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully I can get a refund.

Our tour guide wasn't very knowledgeable, and wasn't very interactive. We walked at such a fast pace one member of my group had to leave 5 minutes after we started and we struggled to stay caught up. It was hard to hear her do to her not projecting or waiting till all the members of the group was there

I like to do a ghost tour of all of the different cities I visit. This was the worst of the tours I’ve been on, out of: Pittsburgh, Gettysburg, Savannah, Salem, Paris, and Brugge. I would not recommend this tour to any of my family or friends. The guide was too quiet to hear in most locations, she was sooo eccentric and all over the place, frequently screeching at nothing. The tour really only had 4 brief stories with not much information. We were not creeped out once or really found any of the stories to be that memorable. Overall, I wish I had just saved my money.
