Awesome experience. If this is on your bucket list, this is a great company to work with. From arrivals to office, to drive to launch site, the ride itself all so professional. Jesse R. Was our pilot. He was very experienced and very professional and very knowledgeable of what we could see. I was a little nervous as we launched but he made us all feel so comfortable. He invited our 2 boys (14 & 13 ) to help set up abs hold the balloon while the air was blown in! The views at sunrise were beautiful. He was very clear on how the landing would work and it was seemless. They had drinks for us on landing and snacks when we got back to the office. Great experience over all!

It was very pleasant experience. The view was great from up there. The sky was filled with a parade of balloons. It was very interesting also watching the balloons being inflated and the way in which the pilot would maneuver the balloon once in flight.

From the moment we arrived at 5:00 AM the rainbow crew were professional and check in was easy. We got in vans that took us out to launching area at sunrise. Our pilot Patrick was informative and we felt at ease with him flying the balloon. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a family fun adventure. Ending with a champagne and or orange juice juice toast on the ground made the entire experience a must do for anyone who has never been hot air ballooning.
