Embark on an epic journey with a brand-new show, "In Search of Neptune's Treasure!" Join Captain Sebastian The Black, his lovely wife Treasure, the comedic First Mate Mr. Magee, and their daring crew as they sail the high seas, in search of Neptune's Treasure. Their adventure takes an unexpected turn when they capture Princess Anita and her new, magical friend. Together, they set out on a dangerous quest to discover the legendary Neptune's Treasure. Along the way, they encounter Neptune's Daughter, a mystical mermaid wearing a magical necklace that holds the key to the treasure, and the power to summon a dangerous creature from the deep. So overall for a food and show, this is a good deal. The show was entertaining, we all cheered, clapped, acted a fool, so that was cool. We were early, so glad the bar was open. Our food was hot and for the most part okay. It was a little weird to get soup/salad without bread or crackers. The entertainment was pretty good. However, coming in, it is a little gimmicky when you come in (pictures when you come in, extra $10 to play outside, the bar, gift store, etc)., so that's a little disappointing. I wish you could just purchase the picture for something like $5. The only other weird thing was tipping the waitstaff, our server was really nice but there really needs to be a non-qr code way to do this.

We actually booked it because we couldn't get tickets to medieval times, but I don't think we will ever go to medieval times again. We had such an amazing time. The cast was amazing. They should be on Broadway.

I have been to Midevil Times all my sons and my life but thought of taking my sons to the Pirates Dinner. I booked with the intent of attending on a Thursday but after we booked our plans changed and when I called to move our reservations to the day before, I was informed they canceled that days show. We had no options left and I asked for a refund and was informed they don't offer refunds but can use the tickets within a year of purchase(yes, its noted on the site only on the bottom of the last page before purchase). I told them I didn't know when or if I would be back within the year and asked them to send a request for consideration of a refund. They person on the phone said they would but said "the last time I asked, they were annoyed with the request." On principle, I will not ever attend this facility and have already told family and friends to avoid going and instead, recommend Midevil Times anytime they want to go to a dinner show. I would have preferred a refund and booked when we could in the future. Not even the parking I pre-paid for was able to be refunded. Poor customer service.
